The area is fully static protected and the workbench mains is protected through an Uninterruptible Power Supply which means that nothing that happens to our mains can do any harm to your valuable electronics. All customer goods are logged through our database so  we know exactly what you have brought in and what we have to do with it. Naturally, we have masses of technical information on hand to handle all sorts of problems.

We can sometimes work while you wait but an appointment must be made beforehand.

 

	No inspection charges.
	You always know what it will cost. If a job would cost more than the standard workshop charge or needs more parts than originally expected, we will talk to you before going any further. (We assume that you wouldn't have brought it in if you weren't prepared to pay the standard workshop charge.)
	There will be no charge if no fault is found unless extensive testing has been required.
	There will be no charge if we don't do the job unless parts have been needed to discover this. Of course, we'll tell you about this in advance whenever possible.
	We treat your data with respect. We know your data is valuable to you, we make every effort to preserve it. Also, confidential data is your business and we promise to keep it that way.
	We only use high quality new components from trusted suppliers.
	Full parts and labour warranties on all work done.

 

Repairs

We can handle branded and unbranded PCs, laptops and games consoles. The standard workshop charge is £40. Sometimes a job is very quick and simple, so we have a half price rate of £20. You can bring in repairs anytime, they go into a queue and are dealt with as quickly as possible.

You can also jump the queue for an urgent job without appointment for an extra charge.

If you aren't certain what to bring, give us a ring. Most jobs are completed in a couple of days at the most. We will call you as soon as we have some news for you.

 

Virus & malware removal

Viruses, trojans, worms, hackers, identity theft, browser hijackers, spyware and premium rate dialers are all too prevalent these days and if you use your PC on the internet, these are problems you will have to deal with sooner or later. We are a NASCR registered virus centre and we can clean your computer of these malicious programs. Many repairers will simply wipe your hard drive then reinstall your Operating System if you have these problems, but we will always do our best to repair your system first with a success rate of around 95%!
